A scan is a single accessibility audit of one URL. Multi-page scans count as one scan per page analyzed — so scanning a 10-page site uses 10 of your monthly scan quota. Scans reset on the first of each billing period, and unused scans do not roll over.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes — upgrades take effect immediately and you get instant access to all new features. Downgrades are applied at the end of your current billing period, so you never lose access you've already paid for. No penalties, no hoops.
